WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUSY LINE AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Busy Line AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms

- Any content you submit to the Service
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

By using our Service, you consent to call recording and transcription for service improvement purposes. You are responsible for complying with applicable call recording laws in your jurisdiction.
